What personal information do we collect from the people that use our website?
Users of our site will be expected to share personal information including contact information as is usually expected from an employee of Eastern Union Funding as we use this information to assist the users in carrying out their tasks as employees of Eastern Union Funding. We may also request authorization to send emails on behalf of selected users using their Gmail account (see Google below)
Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data:
The App will only request Gmail access for users as required for their normal workflow as Employees of Eastern Union Funding.
The App will only use access to write Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata and headers to provide a web email client that allows users to compose and send emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Only users that already have access to listings the user is responsible for will be offered such email access. It may also send periodic automated emails using your Gmail account as would be expected from your usual employee workflow. An example of this would be to send daily reports of your clients’ accounts to your team members.
The App will not read or modify existing emails or change your Gmail settings.
The App will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
The App will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations.
